think she might be fixed....
Well, a while ago i had posted about my problems with the car. Had a horrible hesitation that could occur very randomly, at just about any spot in the powerband, any acceleration, any pedal position, etc. The car would essentially turn off spark , (like i turned the ignition key off) then it would come back in a heart beat. Got the car home, had the same problems for the next couple days, decieded it was a good time to do my dash swap while i wasnt doing anything else, so i did that, got the back to trying to get the car running, and was assuming it was electrical. It had a new coil, and a new pu coil on it as of now, so i was thinking ignition module, took it off, had it tested, tested good. hmmmmm, wires were new, plugs are the same, so i said , might as well rebuild the distributor, so, i bought the stupid ignition module anyway as a first start b4 i ganked the distributor out (don't really enjoy doing that too much, hurts the backs of the legs leaning over the car for a long period of time) and it started working....i drove the car three days ago (when i made the change, no problems) drove the car again that night, no probs, drove it to work then ext day no probs and took the long way home, did the same thing yesterday, w/o conflicts. B4 hand, the car would make it about 1-2 blocks, then the hesitation would return, so i might MIGHT have fixed the problem, but only time will tell, and me slowly and slowly taking the car further and further away from home. Thanks for all those who made that great attempt at solving the issues.
