Whistling sound (I wish it was from a turbo)

I have this wierd whistling sound from my car now after I did my tuneup. I was thinking that maybe it was from the k&n air filters because they have those seals.
It kind of sounds like a turbo which is good but my car is still slow, which is not good...
Anyway, any ideas on what the whistling is?

at the same time, could be a bad vaccum leak, make sure u didn't knock any vaccum lines off when u did the tuneup, especially in the area of the EGR setup, as those could easily be pushed when yanking out sparkplugs....could be your filter, but unless you're running an open element (which you might be) you won't hear it, even if you have a K&N.
