i need to know if there were any differences in timing chains for earlier 2.8 motors to later 2.8 motors, i thought my car had an 88 motor in it, turns out it doesn't but i have a new chain for an 88?

The timing chains for all the 60* v6's were the same, 2.8/3.1/3.4.
