i was hoping for all of it, i just bought a "family vehicle(05 escape)" and i am going to do massive work to the bird now and i want to start with the ign sys and the emmisions and i pretty much know what i'm doing with the ign sys but have no clue when it come to vacuum lines so i am going to just replace them all if possible
Patch all lines with 5/16" windshield wiper hose.
Ya may also need some 1/4". The worst to replace is the 1/2" thick walled heater core hose by distributor base. Short section.
Do all visible hoses first. Then you will need remove the upper intake to access rest of them. Take intake & loosen, rotate, flip over toward passenger side. All stuff stays on & no need to really disconnect any hose.
Just keep patching or replace until ya done. No need to throw out every connections or plastic line as none of it is available at a dealer. And wrecking yard stuff is probably just as bad shape as your current hard plastic lines.
Use Accel products they the best in ignition stuff.
I've spent a whole day just replacign vacuum hoses & patchign the stuff. You may end up that long on the project, too. But boy is it worth it, the smoother idle and better response is great for the few dollars of rubber hose.

Truthfully, most of them are hard-lines and shouldnt need replaced unless they got broke.
I will see if my helms manual has a diagram I can scan.
