first off leaking what?
vacuum?
oil?
fuel?

Vacuum, get an intake gasket set.
Pull upper, 2 fuel rail boots, and lift side to side, not front to back. It pops right out if you go side to side.
remove 4? bolts holding middle intake.
stuff CLEAN rags in intake ports to the head.
Scrape as needed.
put on new gasket, and reverse.

Oil, your gonna have to do all above to get distributor out anyway, so add a distributor o ring to the gasket set.
pull cap, mark rotor.
remove hold down bolt.
lift GENTLY, AND PAY ATTENTION TO ROTOR ROTATION. Mark where it is on full rotation removal. This will serve as your startihg point on reinstalling it.
put in new o ring, reverse.

Fuel, do first steps, add fuel injector o rings and isolators, follow rest.

yes you do need to pull it, it hangs over part of the back of the intake to lift it up off one of the studs. just mark where the number 1 cyl lines up on the intake, pull it. it may take some trying, but when its all the way back in, make sure it lines back up to that mark.

no need to yell...
I asked what it was leaking as you neglected to mention that detail.
Otherwise, follow above and you will be just fine.
It is hard to mess up if the lines line up...
if they do not, remove and try again.
