Car: a car being parted out
Engine: blown up
Transmission: in peices
The exhaust is a minor PITA to replace. Expect a good 3-4 hours for a first try.
We mainly go with the dynomax set up because alot of us do not care for the resonance of the flowmaster above 3K that it is known for here.
As far as replacing the exhaust...
It is simple till you get to the rear axle where you have to unhook the panhard bar, and maybe the shocks (some cars do, some do not) to gain the clearance.
You have to get all the weight off the rear axle and let it hang as low as possible.
Also a good cutter (cut off wheel body saw or the like) to cut the exhaust in peices as you remove it will make it easier.

I had to remove the body brace on mine(above the panhard), but thats just 4 more bolts.
I would say 3-4 hours at home, possibly less at a shop, and someone who has experience.
Cat is under the passanger floor board. Can be removed halfway easly. You have to re-attach a bracket that is mounted to the car or else it sags. I noticed no gain by removing the cat, if anything I lost a hair of low end.

when I got my dynomax setup on, I couldn't get the I-pipe throught the axle/panhard rod area, so I took it to the aut hobby shop & uesd a lift. I used the chassis one so teh wheels could hang down. When high enough the pipe was jsut manuvered in w/o a hitch.

when in put my dynomax exhaust on, i also put on a catco convertor. i torched off the bolts and installed new ones. i had to drop the pass side of the panhard bar and the "body brace" bar to get the intermediate pipe out and new one in. it took me 2-3 hours to do the job. and back then i didnt have nearly as much knowledge as i do now. but i did have an assistant whos changed his own oil two times before, lol.
