May have finally won!!
Well, this past weekend it was fairly nice out, so out came the tank. Drained it down to about 1qt of gas. Wiped it out. Installed new pump, strainer, found a crack in my sending unit (see gen tech). Dr that crack up, rhino coated my tank, up she went.
Quick drive that night proved 2nd gear rubber with no stall, and that I forgot to tighten my exaust back up
Finally got back to it tonight, fixed the exaust. Took it for a spin in the rain, and other then a quick choke off the line, she revs up to 6k nicely with no delay. Boy does that car ever spin in the rain, crap!!
Must wait for final result in dry weather. But I think I'll leave these 15lb injectors in. I think its under-injected and thats my choke off the line.
WOOT.

Well, I've drove it every day this week.
I have 93oct gas in it and it is pinging BAD. I've been informed that is a side effect of it running lean.
A idle it still has a very occasional miss. And sometimes (no rhyme or reason) it still has its surge/sputter in the upper rpm bands
At the moment its driveable, but I have no more cash flow for a few months to do a damn thing to the car, as well as the next 3-4 weeks are busy every single day.
If I see I have a good set of 17lb injectors, I'll throw them in. But past that, I cant buy any parts.
I have no clue as to wtf is wrong with this car, and I'm f-ing tired of it.

Airflow:
filters are good, no intake restrictions
exhaust, full flow no restrictions
valves are set
Vac leak found and fixed.
Spark:
all has been replaced and or checked except engine ecm, even the pickup coil was ohm tested, and its good. Cap, rotor, wires, plugs, coil.. all replaced.
Gas:
I had 1-2 plugged injectors, replaced with 15lb and attempted to shim a different regulator. Fuel pressure was 34lbs running, and twitched bad at upper rpms. I have replaced filter, pump, and strainer. Soaked all gas out of tank. Have not taken a reading after all this.
Sensors:
Its been a while on a scan as I had to borrow someones laptop. All sensors appeared to be ok. I have order all new cables for my new laptop thru moates. I got shipping notice last night. I'll scan once I get back from the gulf coast next week. (basically, early feb).
TPS checked/set to .56
IAC replaced
MAP replaced, broke, replaced again.
O2 was replaced first, I'm wondering if its bad now again.
IAT/Mat tested fine (that was a fun test)
Mecanical
Rocker noise was pre-mature wear on rockers. Fixed
Timing is 9deg
compression check as follows(after setting rockers)
RF 120 then 150
RM 120 then 150
RR 105 then 135
LF 105 then 135
LM 120 then 150
LR 105 then 140

I don't know a lot about the 3.4 (sadly......very sadly....
) but what are the original injectors supposed to be rated at? Perhaps the injectors are putting in to much fuel? Mybe the 15lb are to much for the motor? Just a thought Don't worry, it'll get better

Are any of the 3.4 injectors left from when you got the engine? Just wondering if you could save up & do teh cruizen performance thing 7 get them flow matched.

I got my 17lb/hr injectors out of a lumina euro. It cost me 15 bucks at the yard! It made a huge difference in idle. The main diff being that the 15lb/hr are pintle and the 17 are some sort of rotating disk.
