Transmission: T5
Axle/Gears: 3.42 open rear
progress on prepping car before putting motor back in
1986 Pontiac Firebird - scott's Pontiac
here's what i got so far that isnt on the cardomain(the good stuff is on pages 2 and 3)
-3.4 cleaned and ready for paint and cam
-heads have been shaved .030" and waiting on intake manifold to be milled to match.
-bead blasted everything but motor mounts/oil pan/crank pulley
-i have some concern about the OE replacement timing set. the comp cams instuctions say that some factory gears are set 4* retarded, does anybody know if these factory replacements are like this?
