oil pressure port...help!

oil pressure port...help!

im hookin up some gauges and the directions say to hook the oil pressure to an appropriate pressure port on the engine but where would that be??? would i have to drill a new hole or is there somewhere i can just take out a plug screw and insert this one?? please help.... thanks

If you are looking to replace the stock gauge... Take out the oil pressure sender (right above the oil filter) and screw in one of the adapters inculded with your gauge. If you don't want to replace, you can buy a t fitting and hook up both to the same port.

thanks man...im just gonna leave the stock one in cause its in my tach and just hook this one up... i'll post some pics when im done tho...thanks again

i think i am gonna loose some oil doing this but do u know how much will come out when i take this plug out?

Shouldnt be much at all. I don't think i even lost a replaceable amount. Just make sure the engine isnt running lol.
