Cold start idleing up and down??

Car: only GM,88 camaro, 91r/s camaro, 91
Engine: Clean oil, looks fresh, no leaks
Transmission: Bright Red, never burnt, no leaks
Axle/Gears: currently whining
Cold start idleing up and down??

Anyone,.,. on the first start up of the day my 3.1 camaro, idle's high and then low,.high then low.,ect,,,,, i dont notice any fluxuation on the alt/batt gauge,, ill most likely do a code read out tonite,. but till then any one have a similar expirience with a solution?? oh yea also when it appears to have gone away i can rev the motor a lil bit and the the tach fluxuate up and down along with high low rev as well,..,but after about 30 min on the road it staops doing it?? if any one can help thanks in advance.,,..,,.

ok,,, well 15 hits now and now one has any idea?? ok then its 9:40 pm monday nite,.ill go check it now, and see what codes shell spit out at me.,..,but if dont find anything related any one have any idea?

You will need to run some tests..like pulling codes,fuel pressure check etc.Anything to give the viewers a better idea of whats going on.I'm going to take a shot and say its either a vacuum leak.. a coolant temp sensor(CTS) or throttle position sensor(TPS).How does the car run when warm?Without any more info you'll get nothing but maybe its this or maybe its that.
