Iron is OK by me, going with the 1.6 Crane rockers and do you still have those pistons?

The Keith Black's, or the Hypers? But yes give the link either way cause I'm hunting down a good block now to go to town on. Are you still using hyd lifters?

Yeah, know what that's like. Used to have two air cooled VW's needed to be adjusted every 3,000 miles, lol.

EDIT : That's pretty cheap for a set of pistons (especially hypers)! I was hoping you still had the .30 over KB's .

i do have them still but i was going to use them, maybe i can work out a trade with u

i have .030 over pistions for a motor im building for someone, except the bore of the block is perfect. pistion to bore clearance was .002 so instead of spending money to bore the block to use the .030 overs, if u buy a set of those in the link ill trade u

Sounds good. To save money on shipping (and time), get me a shipping quote for the KB's and we'll add that to the price of the Hypers so I can deposit enough in your Paypal for you to buy the hypers direct. Otherwise, the hypers would have to be shipped to me, and I would have to ship them to you.

Put me down for a set man, do you recommend those comp cams springs n such? Im gonna be pushing the engine to a 6500rpm limit and was worried about valve float on stock replacement springs. Do I have to supply the heads or is there like a core charge or what? Thanks man.

yeah i do recomend the compcams spring upgrade, but it also depends on the cam ur gonna run as well,u need to check with company who makes whatever cam u are gonna use,and see what they recomend for a spring
.but generally the comp springs are good for just about most cams
u will not need to supply the heads,i have my own source for getting the cyl head cores, though im not going to charge a core charge i would ask that i be sent back the stock heads to help keep costs down

btw firstfirebird u have a pm
