HIGH rpm=no POWER!!
I feel like I got no power at all. At 60 MPH, I'm taching at 3000 RPMs. That don't sound right. I set the timing a little higher to see if it helps. I disconnected the MAT sensor and the engine seemed to idle more smoother. I'm leaning towards bad injectors, clogged cat, or bad fuel pump. Or maybe a combo of these. Anyone have high RPMs and have no power at all? Starting off from a dead stop, I tach around 4500 or so. WAY HIGH! Dudes...I can't even spin tires!!

Sounds like the problem is the V6...lol
If you can't get the engine past 3000 or 4500, then it's a clogged cat.
Easy way to check is to hook a vacuum guage up to it and run the engine at 2000 rpm for about 5 sec, then snap the throttle open while watching the guage, it should go to 0 then spike way high. if it doesn't spike, it's a clogged cat.

It does'nt feel like the tranny is slipping. Albeit, what does a tranny feel like when it is slipping? It feels like it goes into gears smooth enough from start to 2nd gear and so on. It also feels like the TCC is engaging at aroung 40 MPH. Would the tranny give off any noise if it is slipping or just does it feel like a lack of power?

it will feel liek loss of power ,the motor will rev up but the car wont accelerate like it should.etc
While we're on the subject...
Since we're talkin about RPMs to speed...
Just wondering if this sounds right. (stock) At 3,000 in 2nd I'm at 30, 3rd at 3000 I'm at 45. Everything goes at about every 3000 RPMs equals another 15mph.
Sounds pretty formulated, but I'm just wondering if it's normal.
