Electric Turbo/Supercharger

I was just playing around on Ebay and found this turbo . Are these and good? or are they junk ive never heard of them till now, anybody have an opnion on them.

Looking for a general disscusion on them

they will restrict airflow into the motor,they might work well for ur lawn mower though

yes thank you, i though it looked like a Hank Hill Special, But i wasent for sure if they were for real or not

If you do a search, this comes up every couple of weeks (actually on every board I'm a member of). Read some of the old threads and you will even see video of a leaf blower on a Honda.

The funny thing is when I was driving air-cooled VW's in the early 90's, people would duct the cooling fan into the carb. Of course it didn't do much of anything except cause havoc because of the extremely turbulant airflow. Everytime this subject comes up I can picture the wee todds thinking they had a "turbo" bug ;p.
