when i first got the car i had planed on bulding a z-28/iroc clone well the car was sporting a set of z-28 badges.im going to externally restore the car back to the factory badges/tailights and rims so it looks like an rs again
i already have a brand new set of rs badges but i need the rear bumper badge

anyone know were to buy the rear bumper inlay that says
2.8 mpfi
im looking for the early style ones that went across the whole bumper
i belive it has a bowtie on the left and says 2.8 mpfi on the right

Hawks Third Generation Parts might just have them. Although this page doesn't embellish them, I'm sure if you gave them a call they might have a used set in stock for you. Doubt they'll charge you much, as the demand is very low, I'm sure. Click here....

 

Look on ebay. I got one from there in great shape for cheap. I don't think that it is the exact one that you are talking about but really similar.
