Quick vacuum question

While checking my vac hoses I knowticed ont T with only 2 hoses connected. In front of my washer fluid resiviour there is a T with one side going to the vacuum ball and one side wrapping back up behind the manifold. Should there be anything on the other side? I looked but didnt see any more lines areound it.

Are you talking about a missing vacuum connection behind the intake manifold, or by the wiper resevoir? Behind the intake manifold, just above the MAP sensor vacuum port on the manifold, you should have a vacuum line T'ed in with the Cruise Control, and the HVAC. Note that these two vacuum lines also share a manifold vacuum port with the brake booster....

Re: Quick vacuum question

This line goes directly to your wipers, it carries wiper fluid....

If your steering column is not equipped with cruise control, then that end get's plugged. On my 3.1 w/5-speed , w/o cruise control, that line goes "underneath" the body (via the opening where the horn is bolted to), and plugged. If your column is equipped with a cruise control setting, someone removed it from the vehicle, but either way, the line will need to be plugged.....
