Battery/fuel pump

ok guys ive been thew 3 fuel pumps in a week.Fuel pressure regulator is fine,Injectors good, fuel filter good. But the battery has gone dead 3 times .Some one had mentioned to me ther is a switch or a sensor somewear located around the battery that will cause it to go dead and make the fuel pump act up.Any body have any clue on this? The car is an 89 firebird with a 2.8 v6 could it be the fuel pump relay?Ok so i hear from a few people that the relay might be out and that the ac relay and the fuel pump relay are the same so i swop um out and start the car it runs better. But not perfect so i pull the fuel pump back out to check everything it seems fine.Put it all back together start it runs like its running outta gas.So i run to the gas station and opn the way there GAS STARTS PORING OUT THE FRONT OF THE CAR AROUND THE CHARCOAL CANISTER!!!!!!!!What the hell causes this ive workd on alotta cars but DAME!!!!!PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!
