ok well either my car doesnt like where i park or its scared of the dark. actually i dont know what but i have an idea. the symptoms are during the day it starts fine no problems. at night, im guessing when the temp goes down, it wont start. this is right after i put a full tank of gas in it. so im thinking i got a bad batch of gasoline, my luck indeed. would a fuel treatment like a store bought octane booster solve this dilemma. or does anyone have a better idea of what it could be. its a 85 firebird s/e 2.8 5 speed manual

well assuming that you are getting a good spark, you could try using seafoam in the gas tank, and they have a product called deep creek. it is like wd40 on steroids. it acts like starting fluid/carb cleaner/lubricant. with the seafoam in the tank and spraying down the intake the car should turn. if not let me know.

Re: newest development

does it start at all? Or just crank? do this test -- turn key to run position but don't start it. Is the fuel pump making noise? If not, start there. If it is making noise, check the fuel pressure
