1987 Pontiac Firebird Problems HELP!!

Hello,
I have a 2.8L Fuel Injected Pontiac Firebird. It has an issue that really is killer, the problem is as follows; She starts up great, but until she is completly warmed up it runs sooooo rough, the engine pops and everything can anyone help me because i am at a stand still and i cant wait everymorning for this thing to warm up for 15 mins before i can leave HELP ASAP

ive gotten a tune up before all fluids radiator etc, ive been told its a head gasket can anyone help me?

do a compression check and c if the head gasket is blown

Sounds like you have found the problem just and make sure you dont have a cracked head when you get it off

If its a head gasket, it should still run like crap when warm too.

Are any of the plugs rusted, or not matching what the rest of the plugs look like?

ok thank you i am gonna get this fixed asap, i have another question does anyone know a site where i can get those screws that right behind the tires in the wheel well b/c my car is missing some.?

If its just screws, you can use about any. The plastic clips can be found in the help section, or go to a hardware store in the hardware section.
