running choppy (maybe mis-fire)

Is there a common problem with the 2.8's to have a shoppy idle or even while running down the road? I cant seem to figure out what is wrong with mine. I have replace the plugs, wires and the cap and rotor with good parts, not the cheap ones. And I still have the same problem. It acts just like there is a mis-fire. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure that is what it is. it acts like you shut off the car for a split second and it does it all the time, under light acceleration, full throttle, or idleing
Thanks for any help
Marco

Re: running choppy (maybe mis-fire)

recheck plugs might be "gap bridging" build up between the electrode and metal tab, check spark plug wire resistance, check compression.
