Just pump it?

Just pump it?

I need to get it going again with gas prices all nuts.

It needs a new power steering pump [leaking seal] and a prop valve for the brakes.
That stuff is no big deal but I just don't trust the lower oil psi.

Though it only got lower after running a hi detergent oil [rotella] that cleaned so well I lost 20 psi of oil pressure. [from a constant 40+ to 20 or less. I get 40+ for about 3 mins on start up.]

thinking it couldn't be mains or rods, they wouldn't be that gunked up, had to be the oil pump itself had oil gunk taking up the clearence.

Maybe just slapping a new hi volume pump in there and see????

With 220,000 miles I don't wanna do much to the engine but it still runs strong.
