Haven't posted these here yet...

From 60 Degree Inclusive.

Now available through your 60 degree specialist

These heads feature the entry level porting that basically includes flashing removed and slight port entrance modification.

The heads shown have top of the line stainless steel valves that increase compression, resist carbon deposits, reduse friction, weigh less and have a better angle on the back to help flow.

Other items installed on these heads are the LS6 valve springs that coild bind at .5613" of valve lift - safe for .525" lift. The springs are seated on LS1 shims and have new hardened steel spring locks and titanuim retainers.
All of our heads are checked for flat within .0002", get cleaned checked, and any ailments are remedied, and we scrap the junk.

EDIT:

If stock valves are retained, the exhaust side of the 3x00's seem to have a problem with burning/pitting, but we fix that as well...

They then get a hand lapping to seat perfect.

All the options?

The valves, springs, seals, retainers, locks and seats were $650 in materials.

The 3500 top end is $650 with a 3400 TB, that's cleaned, rebuilt and includes heads, LIM, UIM, valve covers, rockers, stock valve train, pushrods and bolts.

$300 for the porting.

This customer went all out on the build in his 4th gen 3.4. You'll be hearing about that later

Ah, so that's why you wouldn't sell the heads to me. You just had to port 'em out.

If I weren't making a manifold for it I would've bought it.

No, these are the last customer's heads, lol. He's shipping me his car from VA for the install.

The top from the 3500 I showed you is still in progress...

Why are you making a manifol again? The 3500 top end fits fine in a 3rd gen fbod ...

It's going to be a tunnel-ram style manifold. And I don't really care much for the look of the fwd manifolds. An engine needs to be aesthetically appealing as well as a performer in my mind.
