Well this is my first post because i've been able to search and find all the info i've needed.Like the title says i stall when ever i go into reverse, there is also a hesitation when i go from a dead stop to full throttle in drive that wasn't happening before.So heres what happend:

I changed my oil and this time i used 10w30 Royal Purple i bought from Advanced and also a new mobile 1 oil filter. i also was thinking i could get my idle lower by replacing the TPS so i bought one from napa. My car usually idled just a little below 1500 rpm in park. Everything was running okay before i changed the oil and installed the new TPS. I got 10w30 because they didnt have any 5w30 and the guys working there said it wouldnt be a problem.

I think it may be the thicker oil but i don't know. I read a an old post and the guy was having the same problem but he didnt say anything about and oil change but he said he got a new IAC and it was fine again. So im thinking about buying one tomarrow.
