what does this do?

ok its small round thing between alternator and TB has three tubes coming from iac, rocker vent and fuel pressure regulator ??????????? i cant see the point in it ?

Sounds like the valve breather. It's needed, unless you reroute some vacuum lines and put in an open air valve breather.

Sounds like vacuum lines, you need the ones for your FPR and PCV system at least. I took off all of the other lines going to the TB for the EGR and charcoal cannister.

yeah it has all these intact but then theres t pieces down all three and they all go to this thing??? manual says nout.
so fpr to tb, iac to LIM and breather to just before TB. thats why i cant see he point in it ? lol

yeah ive taken my egr and charcoal out too

AHH cheers matey, just sounds like more pointless GM engineering LOL ive currently got a minor problem where when i lift of the revs hang up alittle before settling down, ive left it for a long time and now im thinking it could be this ...........
im guna remove it all i think and see what happens
