does anyone have this part..
i need a fuel block seal for my 1990 firebird. i've called everywhere, but all i get told is "discontinued" this is the only thing holding me up from completing what i started. without the seal, i leak fuel which is a big problem.

Re: does anyone have this part..
I am not too familiar with the 3.1L, but I do have a friend who has a source for hard to find gaskets, etc.
----------
www.gmpartscheap.com lists the part as a "BLOCK" and sells for ~$43.00. You may try there. Just because they list the part and the price it doesn't mean they have it in stock. It could still be discontinued.

Doesn't the 3.1L have the model 220 TBI? I guess the 3.1L had both tpi and tbi? I just did a quick check.

Go to your local parts store (Advance Auto, NAPA, your preference) And see if they can get you a roll of gasket material, you would probably need rubber. Use a razor blade and trace it out yourself.
I'm assuming though that this is a flat gasket?

Re: does anyone have this part..
Sent several PM's to you.
That part number is a service kit. It came with the block, seal and screws. I have a diagram of it and I will try to match it with my GM gasket catalog.
Let me know asap.

Is this it? It's a poor quality image, but it should do the job, lol.

oh, forgot to update this thing..heh. i got in contact with a relative further south of me. he is into car restoration and has the proper connections to get these kind of things. i installed it, car runs like a dream. only problem i have now, is i have an air leak somewhere, but that shouldn't be too hard to take care of i hope.

Re: does anyone have this part..
i know double posts are frowned upon, but i am curious if anyone knows the bolt measurements for the fuel rail mounting bolts. everything is in running order, i just got a small fuel leak from the injectors not staying in place without the bolts. its so nice to finally have my car back after almost 4 months of not driving it.
