2.8 V6 Firebird Formula

Whats the best exhaust/headers combination for the 89 firebird with a 2.8L engine? opinions? prices?

does the exhaust from a stock 89 camaro RS (2.8L) fit without any modifications?

How in the world did you obtain a Formula with a V6? I thought they all had V8s
