general 2.8 qestions
hello i had some qestion to see if anyone know the answer i have a 89 rs with a 2.8 that im working on and i was wondering something i have a 80someting citation with a 2.8 in it (throttle body) can i use anything off it like valve covers heads timing cover so on ............ i know that it front wheel drive just didnt know it i could use anything off it

oh one last qestion i hope to have the rs back together over the weekend and was wanting to know whats the best way to time it i dont have the label anymore under the hood i read some where the i need to jump a and b terminals then i said and i qoute "you may have to undo the wire on the right hand side of cowl" what wire is that and do i have to unhook it or leave it hooked up i just dont want to think i have it timed and it run like crap then have someone on here go did ya do this.........

all your basic citation stuff will fit on your camaro. the timing wire you need to unhook is tan and found near the coil. base timing is around 10*

no, jumping a and b terminals is for diagnostics mode, its not nessesary for timing.
