Replacing tiimng chain....what's needed?

A friend of mine works at a dealership. The mechanics there do side work for extra money. They gave me a good deal and I'm supplying the parts. Other than the chain...what else? Gears,guide...etc?

Chain & gear set, guide wouldn't hurt, never know what the condition of the stock one is. Need a gasket set: timing cover, seal, and water pump gasket.

If the water pump is old may consider replacing that too. Needs to be R&R'd for the chain, so it is no extra labor charge.
