"Stop"Its hammer time
Well long story short , i have a 89 2.8 camaro its been running strong and true , but ... as of last week ran into a snag , im throwing amost every code out there on my paperclip , well as many as you now those old sensors are a bit pricey (ive almost priced out about 400$) to get it runnin smooth again , but again i have a huge crack in my throttle body (it happended on a really cold day very funny story) but anyways this is what i was thinking , going to j/y find a nice s10 grab the carb and inlet ect. and swappin , well i know about the fuel pressure prob , easy fix but would the be any other probs that i could prepare for ?
my basic goal is to switch to carb and cut the computer
any hlp would be awsome , and yes i have tryed the search engine and post up top , but they are quite vag

Did all your codes appear when your throttle body cracked? Just because the ecm is throwing codes doesn't mean your sensors are bad. They're throwing codes because something isn't right(possibly your cracked throttlebody) which would cost you much less $$ and time than swapping to carb.

well yes and no i know for sure my maf, egr , coolent temp sencer ,oil pressure sencer , are toast have been for awhile , and it does have 3 injecetors with bad leaks ( and not to menchion all the old brittle wires connecting this cluster *uck, but it did throw much more codes when the crack happend( well more like a chunk gone about 3mm wide 4inch long ) but im trying to be very cost effective (cheap as f**k) children will do that
lol but starter went aswell so i know a j/y run is in order
