89 RS throwing a fit HELP
2.8 engine sometimes wont let me get pass 3000 rpm's and throttle response is nothing like it should be jerks back and forth , dies out sometimes and is suckin gas like i gotta v16 I need help

try checking out if your car is throwing codes https://www.thirdgen.org/service-eng...ht-error-codes its a good place to start with were the problem could be occuring

oh yea the check light comes on but goes right back off then when i try 2 check codes with a jumper wire and no codes show up not even 12

You do realize that the SES light flashes the codes (you have to wait until after the light goes off when you turn the key on for the codes), and that they aren't displayed on the radio or anything (like some older Caddys and the like), don't you? If you weren't even getting code 12, I seriously doubt the engine would run in the first place (symptom of a fried ECM or other ECM problem, to start with).
Either way, I would start with a tune up (sounds like this hasn't been done in a while), and I would definitely take the ignition module inside the distributor to AutoZone or somewhere and have it tested. Also check to see if any plug wires have melted to the exhaust manifolds. If one has, you might be looking at replacing the wires, the coil, and the module as well.

also if pin 6 and 12 wont flash for you , and this might sound dumb try 5 and 12 , when i redid my interior wireing (20 years of beatin it to the ground will dod that) but i frigged up some where and crossed pin 5 and 6 meh but give it a try
