Some clearing up.
What does this mean
"There's No Replacement For Displacement:
Stroking the 2.8 to a 3.1
3.4 swap"
How do i stroke a 2.8 to a 3.1?
And what's "60*" motor mean?

60* is shorthand for "sixty degrees", meaning our v6s. The angle between cylinders is 60*. The 2.8, 3.1, and 3.4 are all very similar, so we lump them into one family.
You can stroke a 2.8 to 3.1 by using a 3.1 crankshaft and connecting rods. You can bore that to 3.4 by enlarging the diameter of the cylinders.
More displacement generally makes the more power, so many look into the swap, and a few even do it.
