rich o2 sensor code

rich o2 sensor code

getting a rich o2 code. what could be causing it?

Bad O2 sensor, stuck injector, excessive fuel pressure, crapped out (or crapping) maf...

time to unplug the maf and see if the car runs better...
guess ill have to check the injectors also.

Unplugging the maf won't tell you anything. It reverts to 'limp home' mode which makes it run extra rich. Use a mechanic's stethiscope to listen to the injectors.
