Figured it out... kinda
Alright, i decided to trouble shoot today...
Figured before i go and drop the gas tank and put a new pump in... ($150), it might do some good.
So i pull apart my dash, Found my brain box, i was just gonna cut it out...
then i decided to run all the wires, See if i have a short or something.
Follow a couple wires that ran into the engine bay..
Ones positive to the terminal. Two leading to the siren.
and one that screwed into the fender. Its ground.
Well my car has been sitting for 5 years. And as it turns out, the main food of field mice is wiring.
They had ate through my ground wire.
]
Hope it zapped the bastards...
ran a new ground wire. Fuel pump runs, Getting fuel from the fuel line under the car. (filter wasent on)
so i put my filter back on, and im not getting fuel to the rail.
Any ideas?
thanks in advance, Schwinny.

helpful advise, keep one topic to the same thread, i was totally lost until i found your last post. what do you mean by a "rigged" fuel line? if youre getting fuel from the pump to the inlet side of the fuel filter.... couple questions 1. is the fuel filter new? 2. have you visably traced the fuel line from the outlet side of the filter, under the body, up to the fuel rail? you may have a pinch somewhere. get under there and look at it the whole way. it will run along the driver side of the car, next to the brake lines, all the way up to under the engine bay. then the line follows along the frame rail up to the rubber hoses that go to the fuel rail. if it all looks good, my next piece of advise would be to disconnect the line by the rail, and use an air compressor and shoot air all the way thru the line, make sure its not plugged up. make sure that line is clear of any blockage.
then if thats ok, connect the fuel filter, but leave it disconnected from the fuel rail. now make sure you have fuel coming out of the line under the hood. if there is fuel coming out of there, then you have blockage somewhere in the line going to the rail or the rail itself.

definitely start with a filter. thats probably the culprit. if not, then go on from where i said.

Theyre like $10, just throw a new one on it. That way, even if it doesnt fix it, youve definitely ruled out one issue. and no there really isnt a way to "test" a fuel filter.
