2.8 mpfi

are these a good power plant to build on?I have a 89 rs 2.8 5sp,that i want to build.I want some thing differnt than every one else.im just asking for some advice.thanks

Cheap and easy.... no.

If you don't want to spend a minimum of $1000 on mods to run 13s, look elsewhere. And that money figure is using used parts and installing/making them yourself.

But yes, built properly, there's good power to be had and still be reliable.
