Just finished 3.4 swap

Yup, I put a 3.4 in my car. Its pretty much stock, for the time being anyway. Probably will leave it like that for a while, really. Anyway, everything went pretty well. I haven't read all of the "3.4 swap boogie" so some of this may be addressed in there... I few little things that I ran into...
1. I used the 3.4 oil pan. The oil level sensor hole, I believe to be a 20mmx1.5 thread... I did a little looking for a bolt that I could put in it with an o-ring but came up empty handed. One of my suppliers through work said they had it but it wasn't the correct thread pitch when I went to pick it up. Solution? I found one of those rubber expander plugs at pep boys.
2. I re-used my 3.1 timing cover as the 3.4 cover has the crank trigger sensor and no provisions for the timing tab.
3. Passenger's side motor mount bracket didn't just bolt up like its supposed to. I had to cut a notch out for the knock sensor and a notch where the oil pan bolt casting is thicker than was my 3.1 block.
4. Swap the temp sensor from my 3.1 to the 3.4. Swap the accessory bracket studs from the 3.1 heads to the 3.4 heads (or swap the heads but I didn't want to spend the little extra to put new head gaskets on so I didn't pull the heads).
5. 3.4 base intake manifold doesn't have PCV valve hook up. I plan to just put a plug or probably a vent of some sort in the driver's side valve cover.

My dad and I spent about 4 hours at the junk yard and pulled the motor out of a 'bird. I've got just over $200 in the whole swap and I took about 3 weeks start to finish to do it. That includes pulling my hi-performance 3.1 and stripping it with intentions of fixing it, first. Then, deciding it'd be cheaper to find a 3.4 to drop in. And, did some extra cleaning and what not in the engine bay.

Overall, pretty simple to do.

Only problem I'm STILL having is the starter won't crank the car every time you hit the key. The starter and solenoid are fine. I had them bolted on the engine on the stand and used a remote starter switch to do a compression test on the JY motor and it worked flawlessly. Did some testing on the starter with the motor out of the car and the starter still hooked up. It worked flawlessly. As much as I hate to say it, I must have a bad wire somewhere. Any other ideas? (I've had this problem since I owned the car, if you haven't seen my other thread about it).
