super rich, causing two dead cylinders

ok guys, hydro locked

we have had knarly rains for the past 4 days, i was on my way home and inded up going through 6 inches of water, it was down the street from my house, and it stalled, i fired it back up, ran fine kept on shoving at about 1200 rpm and 4mph, stalled again, hydro locked

i pushed it home and pulled all the plugs out and cranked it over a few times, cleaned the plugs and fired it back up, runs super rich

i put some new plugs in cuz i figure the old ones were fouled and still runs rough, did compresion test, all is good, so i figured ou two cylinders are not firing, it also hapens to be the two cylinders that had water in them, only about a spoon full of water came out when i cleaned out the cyclinders.

i also have a cool air intake and were my air intake temp sensor is located , it got water logged,

i pulled it out and water poured out of the sensor
im also thinken the oxigen sensor could be fouled also , all the cylinders are runing rich, only two are not firing, and im looking for other opinions

Make sure you got all the water out... If the engine hydro locked, there should be a LOT more water in the cylinders than just a couple of spoonfuls, as that's barely enough to fill the dishes in the pistons. I might even go for new wires and cap and rotor as well... Check your spark on all the cylinders.

Also probably a good idea to change your oil as well the filter. Don't want water in that.
