does this sound right?

check out this video..i know on video the sound never comes out that great. trying to decide if it sounds right

its been so long since ive heard that car run i couldnt decide if it sounded right, i hate open headers lol

the timing seems to jump between 10 and 12 at idle, is that normal?

hows the timing chain lil loose? how about the gear on the bottom of the distributor ? timming will jump around reguardless a lil bit but those 2 things will make it worse

everything is brand new so nothing should be worn at all, it finally seems to be doing ok, had a couple problems with it dieing but now that the knock sensor is hooked up it hasnt died since

i need to get it out on the road and drive it some to get the kinks out, but the exhaust is way to loud and i dont have a way to modify it at home

The mods in your sig don't mention a cam, but do you have one in that thing? sounds cammed, and how big a difference do you feel going to the 3.4? Plan to get a 3.4 shortblock eventually myself.

yes it does have a cam in it

havent been able to get it on the road yet the exahust is still off it, but i imagine itll be a pretty good diffrence

Exhaust is going on tomorrow, probably put up a video of the diffrence. It drove good yesterday aside from the o2 sensor code lol
