Turbo Header Help
Hey, I'm making a custom turbo setup and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get exhaust flanges for the 2.8l.
I have done a few searches on this, but have found nothing...

Drill press and a hole saw, or a vise and a drill with a hole saw. Not real hard if you can weld. Cost way less than 300 bucks

$300 to save several hours of labor my be cost-inducive to some for a bolt-on hot-side. Supreme Member

oh ive spent plenty of money to save a little time...and im not saying if i had to do it over i wouldnt buy them instead of make them but to each their own.
making them does however give you a bit more options with clearence, i know my old headers i had were a nice bolt on design but for what i paid for them they shouldve been lol for being such a small motor stuff gets crowded under there real quick
just for kicks got any pics of the turbo header...gives people a better idea to see more than one option
heres my old headers and mock up of turbo header and downpipe

Guess they were only $350 for the v6 manifold. I'll try to get some pics of this one, it's not as pretty as the one in the thread - well the header looks nice, but Excellegions had a local exhaust shop fabricate the crossover (before he met me).

Hmmm...I will admit that I am interested. Does it come with the downpipe? What kind of manifold/header will I have to run on the driver's side to mate up with the crossover? What kind of flange is that? I'd DEFINITELY like to see some pics if you can manage it.
