Injectors
I am redoing the top gaskets on my camaro. I was wondering if installing the aftermarket injectors are worth it? Do you have to change the ecm to accept the injectors? has anyone done this? Thanks

Re: Injectors
I don't think it's worth the money unless your going to SC, or turbo it later. I have the 3.1L injectors on my 2.8, not a difference. If you want to it's you, but I wouldn't, unless I'm gonna be using a power adder.

Re: Injectors
I would. The stock injectors are prone to both clogging and shorting out internally. The Ford 2.9 injectors have been a popular swap lately.

Re: Injectors
There is no power difference in the 2.9 injectors (basically a stock replacement with different injector guts). There's a thread called "The Best Injectors For V6" if you want to look it up in more detail.
