I have 1992 Camaro Rs with the 3.1 v6.While replacing my starter the plastic around my knock sensor pretty much disentegrated and now the sensor will not stay plugged in.What do I need to do to fix this?I attached a pic of the piece I am referring to.

Try electrical tape? Really the only thing I can think of besides just getting a new connector.

new connector, shoudl be able to get them at any local auto pats store, maybe even on those "help" cards. Looks like the same connector for the fan switch.
