Theft Deterrent Module
I need some help with my Theft Deterrent Module, Supposedly you can bypass the complete VATS system (not just the key with a resistor) by reproducing the signal that is output by the TDM to the PCM. Does anyone know anything about this? or how it is done? Any and all help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Re: Theft Deterrent Module
I thought it would be helpful as well, but doing a search for either TDM or Theft Deterrent Module comes back with zero results. The only thing I have been able to find so far is the VATS resistor trick which I have already done, and nothing to do with the Theft Deterrent Module (the VATS brain that sends the signal to the PCM) itself. But thanks for the "help"...

Search "VATS bypass" The information is here, with circuit diagrams and specs.
TDM and Theft Deterrent Module will likely not get you the results you want.
