VACUUM ISSUES??????
VACUUM ISSUES??????
I NEED SOME DIRECTION ON WHERE TO GET DIAGRAMS TO REPAIR/REPLACE ALL VACUUM LINES AND SENSORS. I WAS TOLD I NEED THE EMISSON REGULATION CODE FROM STICKER ON HOOD. ITS NOT THERE, IT GOT JACKED DURING BODY WORK. IT WOULD BE SWEET IF SOMEONE COULD EMAIL IT TO ME. CAN IT BE FOUND IN HELMS MANUAL? IVE GOTTA GET THAT THING. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED. THANKS

Also, if the car's already hooked up and there's been no underhood fires, you could probably just pull & replace as you see fit...
The biggest vaccum lines on the 2.8 come from the back of the plenum, one goes to the brake booster, and one goes to the vacuum tank.
The rest, if I remember correctly, come off the back of the throttle body, and hit the EGR system, fuel regulator, and charcoal canister.
If you had a carbeurator that'd be a totally different story (and a mess!

SORRY ABOUT THE INCOMPLETE INFO. SHE IS AN 89 2.8L RS. TOMP, YOU ARE RIGHT ABOUT THE MAIN LINES, ALTHOUGH I FOUND THE LINE GOING INTO THE CAR FOR AC/HEAT STUFF TAPED WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE TO OTHER LINES. DONT THINK THAT WAS FACTORY?? THIS IS THE MOST AGGRIVATING THING IN THE WORLD, I THINK
