fageol supercharger on ebay
I know ebay listings are frowned upon but these things are really hard to come by...I would buy it myself if I had the dough
I'm not 100% sure that it is for a gen 1 60/6 though because the intake doesn't look like its meant to bolt to ours, someone whos seen one before could confirm that..

Re: fageol supercharger on ebay
I think so(if not more), assuming that it is in fact what it says it is, I would buy it in a heartbeat, but I am broke off my ***, I just moved and haven't been able to find a job yet, and even before that things were rough. But you can't beat the performance of that for the money, $400 bolt on supercharger will be less work and money than anything else that would get you to the same power levels, you might need bigger injectors but thats about it, and 3.4 injectors would probably keep up fine on a 2.8 or 3.1.
But yeah, someone should jump on it.

It doesn't say with what it all comes with. It would suck to just buy the blower. Anyway, out of my price range.

Re: fageol supercharger on ebay
What else would it come with?? Looks like its just missing a pulley, and I think by the looks of the design it is meant to be sandwiched between the MIM and the LIM, I would think the ports would match up directly, but then by the looks of it I see no reason it wouldn't work fine with the way they are setup, as long as it does bolt up the way I think it would.
That thing would probably put my car at 281 hp, and 338 ft lbs of torque assuming my engine is making what I estimate it to be, and assuming the charger would make 6 psi of boost. I would kill stock 350s with that, esp since I have a fairly light car(wish I had a manual and hardtop though...if I had known at the time....)

Re: fageol supercharger on ebay
After googling it that pretty much confirms it is indeed for the 2.8 and 3.1s, numerous pics of it mounted to LIMs, though it is hard to tell if it is mounted directly, upon looking at the bolt holes and considering the fuel injectors its hard to see mounting it directly working. But I'm sure it could be made to work pretty easily. After some light reading I think it came with its own LIM, and might have been meant for carbed cars? Not sure.
And yeah, I think there were some TBI versions as well from looking at pictures.

Without the intake from Fageol it's pretty much worthless....
Only good for someone that has a Fageol already an wants a new supercharger to replace a worn unit.

Re: fageol supercharger on ebay
Its missing allot of parts, the intake, the carb or TBI adapter for the top, 5-6 metal brackets, 3 pullys, some hoses......
Not worth $400 as is, buy a used blower off 3.8 for $100-150 n put in new seals and you much farther along, if you gonna spend money to fab parts to adapt it.
Also it will only work on a 2.8 or 3.1
many tried it on a 3.4 and it runs out of air quick, though perfect for a bone stock 2.8 and also when you change it over to serp belt setup for the 3rd gen, belt slip can be an issue.

Re: fageol supercharger on ebay
Something I have been wondering is where one can find cog pulleys, eventually I plan to get twin m90s, and would rather not try running dual chargers on regular ol' serp belts, and yeah I guess if it needs that much stuff it isn't worth it.

Re: fageol supercharger on ebay
The reason they don't run cogg on the street for the most part is if you have a backfire, it won't blow up the blower, serp belt will slip.
why 614street built a popoff valve / spacer for his, also kept it cooler.

I contacted the guy selling the blower, and what was in the pics was all he had.
