I think if it's a two chamber it's like mine. It's probably a 40 series. It doesn't sound like an 8 but it gives it a bad a$$ throaty sound. If it looks sorta like the stock muffler and comes out with dual outlets then it's definately an 80 series.

my co-workers flowmaster is shorter than my stock muffler so i assumed his was a 2 chamber. so his IS a 40 series. thanks 88 RSport.

Does it have dual pipes or what?? If it has dual it is probably the 80, if its not, its probably the 40.

i have the flowmaster 80 series... The pipe is 2.5 inches but it comes with a peice that will make it so a 2.25 inch exahust pipe will fit you can even make a 2 inch exhause fit to a 3 inch its all about bending the pipe bigger.. but at high rpms whe you let off it sounds a tad *****

his is dual outlet but the muffler is definitly shorter than stock so i think it's a 2 chamber...not a 3 chamber. summit sells a 40 series DUAL outlet, 2 or 3 chamber.

I'm not to sure of the pipe size.
Believe it or not I got mine from the local NAPA store,it's the 80 series. But I think I'm in need of a new one.Last year when my cat clogged up on me several pieces had broke off inside and I think some of it has found it's way into the muffler.I have alot of hissing coming for the muff and one side doesn't have as much pressure coming out.

I had the 3" inlet dual 2.5" outlets.
