First you have to upload it anywhere on the web that'll let you do it, then type in the address like this :
(IMG)http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/ovrclck350/myhomepage/bird.jpg(/IMG)

But you have to replace the parenthesis w/ brackets [ and ]. When you do that it should come up like this (Bye the way, this is before the paint job, new hood, etc.):
