Can anyone answer a question for me?

Some of you might think that this is a stupid question, but I'm 16 and still learning. Anyways, can someone tell me where to find the place that you use to see the SES light code on our cars? Thanks

it should be in that maze of wires under your steering column/above your brake/gas pedal it'll look like a black rectangle with 10 or 12 squares in it, i cant remember, mine is bolted to the frame under the steering column i dont know if yours will be to.

91 Blue RS with ASCD SS hood w/hood pins, Flowmaster 80 series w/3 inch dual exhaust, K&N, Hypertech Power Chip, Bosch Platinum wires and plugs.(19 years old and all this bought and paid for by myself, except the car that was paid for by State Farm...long story with the minor fender benders and them not wanting to pay for repairs...mwahaha)

i believe is you search the tech articles in this site, they'll be one which shows you how to trip your SES engine light codes. On that page it'so give you a list of what each code means. The little outlet for tripping the codes is under the dash, just right of the steering wheel, it may be covered by a small lid or door, not sure mines missing. That's all. Amy more Q's just ask.

Look under the dash. It could be on the left or the right. They changed the location when they switched to airbags for some reason. It could of course be in the middle. We just went through this same question on the tech/general board that person found his in the middle, But we know it's under the dash.
