Just thought I'd let all know that I fianlly found a set of seats I could afford. I got all three seats from a '95 Camaro for $300(cdn). After I paid for 'em and took them to the truck I realized the drivers was power too!! I installed them today & wired up the power.... What a difference. I'll post some pix on my webpage soon (or as soon as I can find a free site that works properly with a Mac)

 

Kool man! Im taking it they aren't leather? That sucks. But would love to see some pics!

Hey CanadianCamaro,

any advice on junkyards that I could find seats for my bird? I've had a look around at Ralph's Used Auto on Mitchell Island, but there isn't much there. Can you recommend any junkyards or did you go through a private seller? The yards I've talked to said $100 for a pair for 82-92. Haven't seen any 4th gens in the yards either.

My best advice is to come over to Surrey and just hit all the yards on Scott Road. Theres even a GM only yard down there, they're bound to have good seats for ya.

Another tip is to check www.buysell.com , they had a 96 Camaro for parts in the Domestic Wrecking Section a few weeks ago.

I got them at Riteway Wreckers in Chilliwack. Took me almost 3 years to find seats I'd be happy with. Take Duse's Advice & Check out the Buy & Sell & Scott Road's assortment of wreckers

I too saw the 96 camaro in the paper I keept meaning to phone about the ad but never got the time. It still had the 3.4.... Nice mod for a third Gen!!!

If so, those seats look absolutely spectacular! They match up really nice with the black moldings, I like the color contrasts!!

Is Riteway the one with the big pink car on the sign? If so, I love that yard, too bad it takes me almost an hour to get there!
