just bought the car last week, has a idle problem at times. sometimes it idles fine or a little high 1000-1200 rpm. sometimes it just dies if you dont give it gas, occasionally it goes to 2k rpm.
took it to shop today and had them do some testing.

found codes 24 no vss (speedo or odo does not work)
35 idle speed error
44 lean o2

also found fouled plugs (despite being lean 02 above)

also fuel pressure will not hold even with return blocked off


i am thinking i need a new fuel pump,& plugs of course

he did say the iac motor was functioning properly though he didnt remove it to my knowledge to check if carboned up.

any ideas?
