The key to a good sounding V6..............

true duels. I heard a grand prix and Berretta with true duels today and they sounded great. It doesnt sound like a V8, but it does make a very distict, non ricy tone with the true duel set up. I actually was very impressed with the sound, no need to sound like an 8 if you have a distinct sounding true dueled V6.

She took the cat off and is running 3" pipe after the cat I think and it actually sounds like it is growling at you. ****ing growling! Its bad as hell! I wanna take my cat off now! But cant find anyone around here that will do it. Oh well.

I had a cutout on the 89 before I sold it. Damn, it was loud! I don't know if it sounded like an 8 or not. Have you ever ran a 6 cylinder outboard out of water (with a hose hooked up, of course)? That is about what it was like. It is a deep low growl, but not like an 8. More harsh, VERY LOUD! but distinctive. It only cost $15 too.

Hey Superz, just to let you know my CAT is welded into the exhaust pipes. So think a little before you try to trash someone. Just like you said earlier, I'm not trying to start a flame war but just think first.
