Hm. I did some poking- http://www.donet.com/~sps/tech/free_performance.html

Reminds me of the Casper Electronic's box. How much is this Venom 400 anyway?

I'm not sure I think it runs around $300. I think I might give it a try and buy it.

91TransformedBird, did you read the page that TomP was so good as to provide a link to? Why would you buy this thing if this page is anywhere close to accurate?

Yeah that Venom sounds like a rip off from what that link says. And I must say an effective way to get a marginal increase in response is putting in an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I have noticed that in some instantces that my car hesitates, and the fuel pressure drops from the low factory pressure regulator settings

I did notice, though, that when I did the search, a lot of people had the Venom unit listed as their mods. However, they didn't review the thing; that was the only site I found with anything useful about the module. Maybe someone can do another search?

It almost sounds like a mod you do when you run out of things to do. $300 could buy Camaro_hunter's idea of the AFPR, and you'd have $220 left for other things...

You must know my dealer by now!

http://www.summitracing.com !

Holley: HLY-512-501, $79.95
Jet: JET-61501, $79.99

And the least expensive:

Crane: CRN-99470-1, $69.95

Or... did you mean that $80 was way too high?
