Battery voltage gauge isnt working...plz help

Just is reading zero. Ive never seen it move. Where is the sensor for this thing located? Maybe its not hooked up. My car is a mess. My engine temp is pinged all the way up and it never moves.
My windsheild wipers dont work,my turn signals dont work...Is there some sort of a wiring harness that all of these are plugged into thats maybe unhooked?

Any ideas?

I suggest you look at the fuse block for blown fuses.
Did you re-do the wiring (stereo fog lights etc).
If the mechanics name is Bubba, go elsewhere LOL!
